Hair Etc Policies

At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Hair Etc experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Three Strike Policy:
1st strike: no show/canceling same day as appointment (no fee the first time)
2nd Strike: $5 fee for no show/canceling same day as appointment
3rd Strike: Pay full service amount if no show/canceling same day of appointment
Our stylists do understand if something is out of your control and you are needing to cancel.
